Customer Service Assistant

As the Customer Service Assistant, you'll support our Shop Manager and technician team by handling communication, organization, and coordination tasks that are critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience. From check-in to follow-up, you'll be a key part of keeping our off-road shop running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product or service questions in person, by phone, and text
- Help manage job scheduling, customer updates, and technician workflow
- Prepare and organize documentation in our CRM (Shopmonkey)
- Support customer check-ins, follow-ups, and job completions
- Track job progress and ensure all updates, photos, and notes are logged
- Coordinate internal communication between the shop manager and techs
- Assist with parts status, vendor updates, and task tracking
- Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and shop efficiency
